Ce Cahors Haute Côt de fruit arbore une robe rubis, aux reflets pourpres. Le nez est avenant, gourmand sur le noyau de cerise, la crème de mûre, les épices. La bouche est ronde et fraîche, très fruitée, addictive… On a comme l'impression de croquer dans le fruit noir mûr. Miam !
Terroir : plusieurs parcelles, sur des sols argilo-calcaires.
Vinification et élevage : levures indigènes, égrappage et cuvaison de 7 jours. Puis élevage en cuve béton.
Accords mets/vin : apéritif, planche de charcuterie, salade périgourdine.
