Terroir : coteaux argilo-calcaires Sidérolithique d'altitude (350m) sur des vignes d'une vingtaine d'années.
Vinification et élevage : vendange manuelle puis vinification naturelle, grappe entière, cuvaison 7 jours. Puis élevage en cuve béton et barrique, sur lies fines pendant 6 mois. Non collé, non filtré.
Accords mets/vin : apéritif, grillades au barbecue, magret de canard.
