A Pouilly Fuissé aged with 20% new barrels. The style is strangely reminiscent of the great appellations of the Côte de Beaune in an airy style that is still a little restrained but very promising... After having worked alongside the greatest Burgundian names (Jean-Yves Bizot, Christophe Perrot-Minot, Arnaud Ente...)
