Robe dorée pâle. Nez complexe, intense et raffiné, mêlant fruits exotiques (mangue, ananas), coing, miel, zestes d’agrumes confits et une subtile touche de fumée et d’ardoise. En bouche, une texture riche mais d’une légèreté remarquable, portée par une acidité cristalline. Équilibre parfait entre douceur et fraîcheur, avec une longueur saline et vibrante.
Terroir : vignoble situé sur le célèbre coteau "Wehlener Sonnenuhr", exposé sud-est, en pente raide. Sols schisteux riches en ardoise.
Vinification et élevage : parcelles situées sur le prestigieux coteau de Graacher Himmelreich, en pente raide, orienté sud-ouest. Sols de schistes bleus très drainants, typiques de la Moselle, favorisant l’expression fine et minérale du Riesling.
Accords mets/vin : foie gras poêlé, fromages à pâte persillée (Roquefort, Gorgonzola), cuisine asiatique épicée-sucrée.
