Le secret de sa nouvelle complexité réside dans un long élevage d'un an, effectué en grands foudres de chêne (30 hl), qui a permis d'affiner sa structure tout en respectant l'éclat du fruit. C'est désormais une grande cuvée parcellaire, très au-dessus de ses versions antérieures.
