Ce Langhe Nebbiolo offre un nez fin, précis sur des notes florales et épicées. La bouche repose sur des tannins fermes mais harmonieux. Le vin est parfaitement équilibré entre l'acidité, le fruit et la structure. Une expression fraîche et en finesse qui donne beaucoup de plaisir.
Terroir : vignes du lieu-dit Le Coste à Monforte d'Alba et de Boscareto à Serralunga.
Vinification et élevage : fermentation avec macération sur les peaux sans levures ajoutées, il vieillit pendant dix mois dans des cuves en acier.
Accords mets/vin : lasagnes bolognaises, gnocchis au poulet.
