Le Langhe Nebbiolo d'Elio Sandri se distingue par sa robe rouge rubis brillante. Au nez, il dévoile des arômes de rose, de mûre et d'épices douces. En bouche, ce vin offre une texture pulpeuse, une belle fraîcheur et des tanins fins.
Terrroir : sols de marnes bleues, , riches en argile et en calcaire.
Vinification et élevage : fermentation en cuves béton avec levures indigènes. Élevage de 10 mois, réparti entre cuves béton et fûts de chêne de grande capacité.
Accords mets/vin : risotto à la truffe noire, pâtes aux champignons sauvages, antipasti variés.
