Enter the world of the best brandies in the world! A Williams Pear with extremely intense aromatic flavours. This noble elixir, when fully ripe, overflows with the juicy and fruity aromas of ripe Williams pears and is both powerful and fleshy, mellow and sweet.
The result of a semi-discovery in late 18th century England by Mr Williams, this particular pear has been a runaway success in Europe and the United States. Light green to lemon yellow when ripe, often reddened on the side exposed to the sun, the Williams pear is characterised by its tender, juicy and tasty flesh.
The Williams pear is grown under ideal climatic conditions in sunny Western Styria. Each pear remains on the tree until it is fully ripe. This is the prerequisite for the fruit to develop its full sweet and spicy aroma, which later gives this brandy its unique fruity subtlety. To ensure this, the pears are picked in several passes, up to 15 times per orchard.
Once again sorted by hand, the fresh pears are macerated on the spot on the same day as the harvest. Fermentation begins a few hours later without any additives. The 100% natural pear must is then transported to the distillery.
After a complete fermentation and an extremely careful double distillation, the heart of the toast is aged for a minimum of six years in open glass bottles.

- Slow and delicate distillation according to the Tyrolean tradition of double distillation Up to 80 kg of fruit are needed to produce 1 litre of the famous "coeur de chauffe"
- Give it time with extended ageing to obtain fully developed eaux-de-vie. Once distilled, these eaux-de-vie are aged for many years in order to develop the unique harmony and aromatic expression that characterise them
