A high-flying Gringet! A discreet fruity-floral nose at the start (to be aired). The palate is magnificent, full of candied citrus and exotic fruit, and held together by a prominent minerality that prolongs the pleasure on a long finish.
Like the Cuvée Le Feu, Les Alpes comes from the Gringet grape variety planted at altitude on slopes with limestone scree and yellow marl subsoils
Dominique Belluard runs his vineyard organically and vinifies this wine with indigenous yeasts, then matures it in ovoid concrete tanks.
