La robe de ce Gamay Blanc en Tappe présente une teinte dorée délicate, tandis que son bouquet évoque toute la subtilité et l'élégance caractéristiques du Chardonnay. En bouche, il offre une texture ample et fruitée, avec une intensité remarquable.
Terroir : lieu dit « en Tappe », exposé soleil levant sur la reculée du val de Vallière à Montaigu. Excellente terre à chardonnay, sur des calcaires argilo-gréseux plantée par les moines Chartreux dès le XIIIème siècle.
Vinification et élevage : pressurage lent puis fermentation et élevage en barrique durant 18 mois. Mise en bouteille sans filtration un jour « fleur» selon le calendrier lunaire et bouchage avec liège naturel marqué au feu.
Accords mets/vin : apéritif, poissons, volailles.
