The Estate La Bouïssière

Gilles and Thierry Faravel perpetuate with mastery and talent the tradition of the great wines of Gigondas. Ideally situated at an altitude of 400m on the heights of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the 8.5 hectare vineyard produces deep, racy Gigondas that are brilliant when young and great when aged. The Cuvée Tradition is made from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre and represents the archetypal Gigondas of reference, with exemplary consistency vintage after vintage. As for Font de Tonin, it is the quintessence of Gigondas, with an exemplary constitution, a precision of goldsmith and an obvious race. Made from very old Grenache (70%) and exceptional Mourvèdre grapes over 75 years old... Serious, noble and deep, a real class!
