Terroir : sols argilo-calcaires principalement constitués de tuffeau.
Vinification et élevage : après une presse douce, le jus fermente à des températures contrôlées en cuves en inox ou en fûts de chêne. Élevage sur lies fines pendant plusieurs mois.
Accords mets/vin : curry de légumes doux à la noix de coco, tartare de saumon avec agrumes et avocat, tarte au citron meringuée.

The Estate Huet
The Vouvray Huet white wines are dry, semi-dry, sweet or mellow, and all the vintages are made organically. The Huet estate is one of the precursors of the biodynamic culture. Each production benefits from a cold fermentation in used barrels. Bottling takes place the following spring. This choice highlights the excellent quality of the production of Domaine Huet.
