Au nez, il s'ouvre sur des arômes de fruits mûrs, principalement de poire, d'abricot et de pêche, accompagnés de notes florales et légèrement miellées. En bouche, l'attaque est ronde et douce, avec une belle sucrosité bien intégrée, équilibrée par une acidité vive qui apporte fraîcheur et élégance. La texture est ample et soyeuse, et la finale est longue, marquée par des touches fruitées et une légère minéralité.

The Estate Huet
The Vouvray Huet white wines are dry, semi-dry, sweet or mellow, and all the vintages are made organically. The Huet estate is one of the precursors of the biodynamic culture. Each production benefits from a cold fermentation in used barrels. Bottling takes place the following spring. This choice highlights the excellent quality of the production of Domaine Huet. This is enhanced by the quality of its vines, which allow the development of these exceptional terroirs. Jean-Bernard Berthomé, the current vineyard manager, ensures the ideal distribution of the vines. Half of the plantations are between 30 and 50 years old, 35% are between 10 and 30 years old, while only 15% of the vines are less than 10 years old.
