Terroir : vignoble planté sur des marnes grises et bleues du Lias, avec des intercalations de calcaires marneux.
Vinification et élevage : vendanges manuelles. pressurage doux et débourbage par gravité, sans ajout de levures (levures indigènes). Élevage en fûts de chêne pendant environ 12 mois, sans bois neuf.
Accords mets/vin : tartare de truite ou de saumon, crème légère à l’aneth, volaille de Bresse à la crème et aux morilles, panna cotta au citron et zestes d’orange.
