Terroir : sols argilo-calcaires (avec marnes de l'agenais).
Vinification et élevage : égrappage total. Macération pelliculaire de 48 h. Débourbage par décantation naturelle. Puis élevage de 12 mois en foudre sur lies.
Accords mets/vin : tajine, poulet au curry, salade de tomates et sa burrata.
