Il compte 12,5 hectares entièrement conduits en agriculture biologique et, de plus en plus, biodynamique. Muriel a beaucoup travaillé l'affinage de vinification et d'élevage de ses rouges, qui ont énormément gagné en harmonie, avec une finesse de tannin unique à Patrimonio.
