With its sober flavours and vitality of sap, the estate's Figari seduces with its harmony and digestible persistence.

This Clos Canarelli, a blend of Niellucciu and Syrah, has a deep red colour with violet tints. The nose is complex with black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), wild and smoky notes of the maquis. On the palate, it is a wine of great finesse, with velvety tannins, tasty and racy. The tannins are already quite well blended and the finish is surprisingly long.

Clay-granitic soils, vines facing south and northwest. Wide temperature range between day and night. Hot and windy climate.

Yves Canarelli never ceases to amaze us and continues to raise the profile of Corsican wines, unquestionably belonging to the elite of Mediterranean winemakers.

With an impressive amount of work and experimentation, the estate, faithful to organic (Ecocert certified) and biodynamic farming, is progressing at a dizzying pace.
