Ce Condrieu La Cathery du Château Grillet est une rareté, avec une production limitée à seulement une centaine de bouteilles ! C'est une véritable réussite, offrant un équilibre parfait en bouche et des arômes intenses de pêches et de fleurs blanches, sublimés par des nuances de vanille bourbon.
Terroir : amphithéâtre composé de 12 terrasses (chaillées) culminant de 150 à 250 m d'altitude. Les sols se composent d'une part de granite à biotite (quartz, feldspaths et Micas) qui en s'altérant deviennent argilo-sableux et d'autre part de Loess.
Vinification et élevage : 12 mois en fûts de chêne Français neufs à 20% puis 6 mois en cuves.
Accords mets/vin : cuisine indienne, sushis, langoustines.
