Ce Chardonnay La Bardette présente une robe dorée claire et brillante, dégageant des arômes subtils de minéraux et d'agrumes. En bouche, il est dynamique avec une acidité marquée qui lui confère une structure précise. Sa finale saline est persistante, et il peut vieillir en cave pendant une dizaine d'années. Pour le produire, le domaine a opté pour un élevage sur lies en fûts de chêne usagés. Sa minéralité lui permet d'être parfaitement accordé avec des plats aux accents marins.
Terroir : Chardonnay, sélection massale. Plantation de 1947. Sols d'argiles chamarrées sur socle calcaire du Bathonien.
Vinification et élevage : vin blanc ouillé, élevé 29 mois en fûts de 228L.
