Château Montrose
2019 marque une étape importante dans l’avancée de notre démarche environnementale qui concerne désormais l’ensemble de notre vignoble. Cette année, les bonnes conditions climatiques associées à nos pratiques culturales « vertes » nous ont permis d’obtenir une très belle récolte associant qualité et quantité. Un beau millésime en « 9 » qui s’inscrit dans une année parmi les plus chaudes de la décennie. Les premières dégustations laissent présager un millésime très proche du 2016 avec une belle matière aux tanins mûrs, précis et concentrés qui le classe parmi les grands millésimes de Montrose.
Assemblage : 64% cabernet-sauvignon, 30% merlot, 5% cabernet franc, 1% petit verdot
