Estate Sauvignon Blanc
Le Sauvignon Blanc Estate Vineyards 2022 a été entièrement fermenté en cuve, mais il a été laissé sur lies après la fermentation pour plus de texture. On y retrouve des notes d'étamine, de morceaux d'ananas, de pommes Pink Lady et d'acidité saline. Il est charnu, avec des agrumes préservés, une acidité juteuse, des poires Nashi et un soupçon de goyave/litchi. Les fruits proviennent entièrement des vignobles du domaine de Hawkes Bay ; Havelock Hills, Gimblett Gravels et Dartmoor.
