Skurfberg
Le Skurfberg, composé à 100% de chenin blanc, provient d'une parcelle de 1,5 hectare plantée entre 1940 et 1955 et a été fermenté et vieilli dans de vieux foudres. Il possède un bouquet très sophistiqué de yuzu japonais, de mirabelle, un peu de chèvrefeuille et un léger parfum de térébenthine. La bouche est merveilleusement équilibrée avec une acidité parfaite, des fragrances de gingembre en tige et une touche de feuille de curry qui complète la finale, ainsi que des notes de pêche blanche et de melon. C'est l'un des succès d'Eben Sadie cette année.
