Le climat de ce Rully 1er Cru La Pucelle est très précoce en maturité et produit des vins d'une grande amplitude, très fruitée, au nez de miel et de fleurs blanches. On trouve des arômes de beurre au fur et à mesure du vieillissement du vin.

Terroir : sols à prédominance calcaire et argiles bruns. Vigne plantée en 1992.

Vinification et élevage : en fûts de chêne durant environ 12 mois et compte 20% de fûts neufs.

Accords mets/vin : filet de sandre au safran, huîtres, saumon en papillote.
