Florent Beuchet selects rums that have no additions, no extra flavours, except those brought by the casks during the ageing process.

Only the blends, the "Caraïbes" and the "Latino", have added sugar (liquid organic cane sugar). For all the others, even the "Jamaica Navy Strength" which is also a blend, and all the Single Cask, there is no sugar added.
