Cornaline du Domaine Hauvette unfolds its full panoply on the palate: rich, powerful, greedy. A biodynamic wine with aromas of black fruits and sweet spices and dazzling garrigue.
The Grenache (half of the blend) marries the Syrah and the Cabernet Sauvignon. The Cabernet Sauvignon is particularly distinctive with its minty notes, complemented by hints of garrigue and pine. This gracious bouquet, bursting with sunshine, is reminiscent of the Alpilles landscape. On aeration, a pulpy sap develops and notes of truffles embrace a mouth with an incredible stony relief.
