Le nez, expressif et précis, s’ouvre sur des arômes d’agrumes, de fleurs blanches et de fruits à chair blanche tels que la poire et la pêche, avec une fine touche minérale en arrière-plan. En bouche, l’attaque est vive et équilibrée ; la texture, à la fois souple et tendue, révèle un bel équilibre entre rondeur et fraîcheur. On retrouve des notes de citron mûr et de pomme verte, soutenues par une minéralité discrète qui prolonge la finale, longue et rafraîchissante.
Terroir : sols argilo-calcaires riches en pierres et en éboulis.
Vinification et élevage : fermentation et élevage en cuves inox avec une courte période sur lies fines.

The Estate Guerrin et Fils
Domaine Guerrin et Fils was created in 1926 to the west of Vergisson in the Mâconnais. The vineyards are ideally situated with a breathtaking view of the famous Solutré and Vergisson rocks, and below on the plain of the Saône.
Today, the 4th generation is working to perfect the work undertaken up to now. The family estate now has 35 separate plots spread over 14 hectares. The objective here is to produce high quality wines with character that reflect the typicality of the terroirs, using the healthiest methods possible, in particular by favouring deep rooting in order to benefit from all the richness of the soil.
Whether it is Saint-Véran or Pouilly-Fuissé, the wines of Domaine Guerrin et Fils give a sensation of remarkable purity, minerality and balance.
