Un Barolo à la couleur diaphane doté d'un bouquet intensément parfumé sur la framboise, la cerise, l'épice douce et les fleurs (rose, pivoine et violette) : un parfum inimitable et inégalable ! Sa matière est élégante et aérienne, savoureuse (fruits rouges mûrs et caractère floral affirmé) et fraîche à la fois. C'est un vin classe et civilisé. Plein d'énergie, il s'exprime très longuement en bouche.
Se magnifiera avec un vieillissement dans une bonne cave pendant une vingtaine d'années.
