Muscat Goldert Grand Cru
Ce Muscat Goldert Grand Cru a une couleur jaune paille et, comme d'habitude, il se montre plutôt discret dans sa jeunesse. Le nez révèle des arômes de fruits mûrs, légèrement mentholés et épicés, ainsi qu'une légère complexité typique, due à la réduction sur ce vin. Après un certain temps, l'aromatique s'ouvre doucement sur une belle palette de fruits exotiques, tout en conservant son élégance. En bouche, l'attaque est marquée par une tension vive et une structure serrée et verticale. Le vin est centré autour d'une acidité saline qui lui apporte une grande fraîcheur et une élégance en finale. Sans aucun doute, un grand vin sec, qui peut être conservé longtemps.
Terroir : moyennement tardif, exposé à l’est sur des sols profonds, permet une maturation régulière et préserve une acidité importante dans les raisins. Comme souvent de par le passé, le 2020 était le dernier vin de ce millésime à finir sa fermentation, il s’en est fallu de peu que nous ayons été obligés de repousser sa mise en bouteille !
