Commentaire de dégustation
Tannin à la fois juteux et floral avec la suavité et l'intensité du millésime, on a déjà beaucoup d'éclat en bouche.
Eclatant de finesse et de fruit acidulé, un pinot noir souple et gourmand parfait pour découvrir le style d'un très beau Sancerre rouge...

Installés à Bué, la famille Pinard emmené désormais par Clément et Florent mais toujours sous l'oeil avisé du père Vincent, poursuit sa progression spectaculaire vers l'excellence, en culture biologique et une volonté pleine d'exigence de retranscrire au mieux chaque terroir spécifique.
Les parcellaires de Sauvignon atteignent maintenant un niveau tout à fait exceptionnel, au coude à coude avec deux ou trois autres domaines de l'appellation.
Les Pinot Noir n'ont quant à eux toujours pas d'équivalent... et demeurent des pièces très rares...
