Ce Zellenberg est un vin sec, tendu et lumineux. Son nez révèle une expression vive de coing et d'abricots bien mûrs. En bouche, une densité et une structure émergent, portées par des notes fruitées harmonieusement soutenues par la minéralité présente.

Terroir : marnes mêtées à des conglomérats calcaires et quelques accords cristallins. Parcelles complantées situées sur le finage de Zellenberg, à 290 m d'altitude en moyenne.

Vinification et élevage : vinification respectueuse du raisin, aussi peu créatrice de caractères technologiques que possible.

Accords mets/vin : tartare de saumon, poisson et légumes grillés.

"La nouvelle génération, Jérémy, Alec et Diana, est aux manettes. Le domaine Dujac n'a jamais été aussi maître de son art, profitant à plein d'une discipline impeccable de viticulture et de la fidélité à la vinification pour partie en raisins entiers, qui donne un cachet et un pouvoir de vieillissement supplémentaire à la plupart des vins.

À l'activité autour des 17 hectares du domaine s'ajoute, sur 5 hectares et pour quelques cuvées de village, une petite activité de négoce, sous le nom de Dujac Fils et Père (dans cet ordre), avec des vins de même style.

The Estate Marcel Deiss

The Marcel Deiss estate is undoubtedly one of the most exciting estates. Located in Bergheim in the heart of the most beautiful Alsatian terroirs, the family estate now has 27 hectares of vines on 220 separate plots where three Grand Crus and nine Premier Crus are produced each year. On these fabulous terroirs, Jean-Michel Deiss and his son Mathieu, winegrowers in the noblest sense of the word, are always looking for excellence, for the best possible combination between the grape varieties planted and the soil, in a perpetual quest for the best identity to give to their wines. In biodynamic viticulture, which is a given here... The complantation is the great particularity of the Marcel Deiss estate, which practices the art of associating the grape varieties on the same terroir to reveal it at its best, as did their Alsatian ancestors elsewhere. A fair return to the origins in short. Three families of wines are defined: - the fruit wines; greedy wines faithful to their grape variety, always remarkably well balanced. - the wines of time; affected by noble rot and requiring patience to blossom and deliver all their greatness. - terroir wines; the most exciting wines of the Marcel Deiss estate because of their constitution and their aromatic complexity, deep, salivating wines, which only ask to be expressed, as if personified by the terroir... The power and depth of the Burg, the minerality and straightness of the Schoffweg, the sanguine and volcanic character of the Burlenberg, the richness and almost infinite complexity of the Schoenenbourg, the masterly balance of the Altenberg de Bergheim, the spherical and dry sweetness of the Mambourg... Great art... The greatest critics salute the performance in the exercise of style which borders on perfection vintage after vintage. The Estate Sol Payré

Five generations of winegrowers have succeeded one another at the estate, from Gustave Payré to Jean-Claude and Bertrand Sol. The Domaine is located in Elne, in the heart of the Aspres, in Roussillon, at the foot of the Pyrenees, the natural border with Spain. Reasoned protection, yield control and maturity are our watchwords! The particularity of the Domaine comes from the different terroirs with in the south, in the Aspres (Elne and Passa), about fifty hectares on clay-limestone soils, greedy wines with character and in the north, in the Agly valley (Maury), about ten hectares spread over Schist, Granite and Gneiss, here it's the minerality that speaks, the fineness of the tannins and the complexity of the aromas
