Issu d’une sélection massale de Melon de Bourgogne plantée en 1960, ce vin a été élevé 12 mois sur lies en fûts de 450L et béton, puis 6 mois supplémentaires en cuves vitrées souterraines. Jean-Baptiste a hérité des vieilles vignes de sa famille et produit un Muscadet exceptionnel de Mouzillon.
Terroirs de gabbro (roches éruptives) et silico argileux.
Jean-Baptiste Hardy s’est auparavant formé à l’étrange en NouvelleZélande, en Patagonie (Bodega Chacra), et en Californie (Domaine de la Côte) ainsi que dans 2 prestigieux domaines de Bourgogne (Roulot et Leflaive).
