La référence incontestable en Collioure blanc ! Nez complexe aux notes florales, vanillées et minérales. En bouche, on retrouve une attaque assez ronde, équilibrée, de la finesse, et des notes de minéralité qui proviennent de l’enracinement du terroir.

Il se déguste avec une omelette (façon tortilla) aux patates nouvelles, tomates séchées ou chèvre frais.

Le vignoble s'accroche aux pentes rudes du bord de mer autour de Banyuls et de Collioure dans le Roussillon. 

Les sols sont majoritairement de nature schisteuse.
Issu de Grenache gris récolté sur des parcelles à maturité précoce afin de garder le meilleur équilibre entre la finesse et le volume du vin.

The Estate La Rectorie

Since 1984, Marc and Thierry Parcé have been perpetuating the history of the family vineyard with the Domaine de la Rectorie, which was started by their great-grandmother Thérèse Reig. Based in Banyuls, between the sea and the mountains, the two brothers produce Banyuls and Collioure wines of very high quality, without doubt the best in the region, always marked by a striking balance


The Domaine de la Rectorie covers some thirty hectares on thirty separate plots of land, ranging in altitude from zero for the vines on the sea side to 400 metres for the vines cultivated on the mountain side.

The wines are made from the original grape varieties, Grenache gris, whites and reds, complemented by Carignan, Syrah and Counoise, notably for the great mountain-side cuvée.
The cultivation methods have always been very traditional, helped by the nature of the very demanding slopes and, in any case, by the Parcé brothers' desire and passion to do everything possible to capture the authenticity of the terroir. This rigour in the management of the vines added to very low yields, of the order of only 20 to 25 hectolitres per hectare, and irreproachable vinification, allow us to produce vintage after vintage of great Roussillon wines, regularly acclaimed by the critical press.

The wines of Domaine de la Rectorie are perfect companions for gastronomy. We can't recommend these magnificent Banyuls over dark chocolate desserts, which go perfectly with the character of the Grenache, and the Collioure with fine cuts of meat and spicy dishes. Enjoy these Roussillon nectars in moderation.

The Estate Sottimano

Rino Sottimano took over the estate in 1975. His son Andrea joined him in 1994 along with Elena and Claudia. The vineyard is located in the heart of the superb Barbaresco terroirs and the Cotta, Currà, Fausoni, Pajorè and Basarin crus and now covers 18 hectares. The vines are cultivated organically with the utmost respect for the terroir. The wines are aged in barrels according to Burgundy principles (not in tuns). The wines are neither filtered nor fined. The production of the estate is gradually joining the best references of the region with prices still very reasonable considering the growing reputation of the estate. Quote from Rino Sottimano: "I always believe that every great wine is the result of serious, conscientious and passionate work in the vineyards. This is why, from day one, I have always tried to avoid all chemical products and herbicides, to preserve the natural balance of our soils."
