Ce grand vin à la couleur jaune paille, affiche beaucoup de personnalité, le tout de très haut niveau. Ce vin moelleux (dit levroutée) est issu de raisins surmûris. Le nez subtil fruité et boisé exprime des arômes de fleurs et de miel. La bouche est ample et ronde avec une belle persistance.
