Ce Chignin Les Cristallins arbore une robe jaune pâle et brillante. Le nez est floral, avec des notes d'agrumes et une certaine minéralité. La bouche offre de la tension, de la fraîcheur et des arômes de fleurs et de fruits frais.
Terroir : Les vignes sont âgées de 40 ans. Éboulis calcaire, en semi-coteaux, exposition Sud.
Vinification : Vendanges manuelles. L’apport en soufre est drastiquement limité pour favoriser les fermentations naturelles et pour un respect total du terroir. Le vin est protégé par son gaz carbonique naturel. Élevage sur fines lies avant mise en bouteilles.
