The ripe whole crop dominates the tasting with magnificent tannins, velvety, very racy, on elderberry, iron filings and dried flowers (rose, potpourri) and absolute greed. Freshness and purity are the order of the day. To be enjoyed immediately on this bewitching fruit or to wait at least 5 years for even more complexity and breed.

Made from vines planted in 1926 on sandy soil. Enchanting and floral bouquet. The palate is silky and worthy of the great wines. Very dense and intense, the palate finishes on peach and violet. Great persistence. Great wine. The price? Angélique.

The oldest vines were planted in 1926, and the "youngest" ones some thirty years later! Plots within the Corcelette climate. It is difficult to distinguish this cuvée Les Délys from the other cuvée Corcelette, which is perhaps a little more concentrated than its neighbour and a little more dominated by black fruits (black cherry).

Yield: about 25 hl/ha

100% Domaine Daniel Bouland grapes.

The Estate Daniel Bouland

"Daniel Bouland, a winegrower from the hamlet of Corcelette, has been seducing us for several years with his Morgons, which have an intensity of fruit and an exemplary roundness, coming from a heritage of very old vines impeccably cultivated and harvested. The fruit does not mask the almost wild minerality of the terroir, but rather exalts it. What's more, the quality/price ratio here is unbeatable! Don't delay." RVF Green Guide 2017
