Des arômes de pierre concassée mettent en valeur les framboises pourpres dans le nez du Côte Rôtie Bertholon. C'est un vin costaud, musclé, de corps moyen à corsé, avec une sensation riche et veloutée et des tanins robustes qui persistent en finale. 

Terroir : sols bruns de Micaschistes. Les vignes sont âgées de 5 à 30 ans. 

Vinification et élevage : traditionnelle en vendanges égrappées, macération pré-fermentaire puis fermentation avec levures indigènes en cuves thermo-régulées. Puis élevage en fûts.

Accords mets/vin : pièce de boeuf aux herbes de Provence.

The Estate Stéphane Ogier

Stéphane Ogier represents the 7th generation of the family established in Ampuis, the cradle of the Côte-Rôtie. This talented young winemaker is in the process of propelling the family estate to the top of the Côte-Rôtie and more globally of the Northern Rhône. His objective is to reveal each of the terroirs in the same way as his Burgundian neighbours do, by producing parcels with a singular identity, reflecting their fabulous and noble origins. A winegrower to follow very closely, and one that we have the pleasure of helping you discover, so much so that his passion shines through with wines of mad elegance and a rare finesse.
