He perfectly transcribes the spirit of Bordeaux in his deep, pure and precise wines. On the Arsac terroirs, 8 hectares are cultivated, certified organic since the 2012 vintage, but in this spirit since the creation of the estate in 1993. Indeed, Michel Théron and his wife naturally maintain the soils with a meticulous and determined work. Gravel and fine clay make up the terroir of the vineyard with a majority of 60% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 25% Merlot, completed by Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. All of this craftsmanship can be found in all the wines in the range. Haut-Médoc and Margaux Nout are two perfect examples of what a true Bordeaux can be these days, lively, energetic wines with exemplary fruitiness and at the same time deep and skilfully matured, an ideal fruit-wood balance.
