Ce Chaume Premier Cru de Château de Plaisance est un exemple de concentration et d'équilibre, qu'il conviendra de garder à l'infini pour décupler son potentiel... 

Terroir : sols de grès et poudingues. Âge des vignes : plus de 50 ans.

Vinification et élevage : vendanges manuelles après multiples tries de raisins botrytisés et fermentation en levures indigènes. Élevage d’un an minimum en barriques.

Accords mets/vin : fondant à la banane, abricots et verveine, bleu d'Auvergne affiné 60 jours.
