Lovely nose of blackberry, black cherry, blackcurrant notes, with toasted spice, dried mushroom. Rich mouthfeel with ripe cherry and plum, deeper black fruit and toasted spice, a touch of mocha in depth, with soft tannins. Quite Burgundian at heart for a New Zealand pinot.
