Production is limited to 40hl/ha
Although the practice could be profitable, I do not make any special cuvée or plot selection. I prefer to give the same careto the whole of my production and to be very attentive to the dates of harvest.The expression of the different terroirs cannot be reproduced identically every year, the specific climatology for each vintage has a great influence on the revelation of their characters. Some years our best cuvées are found in the early areas but sometimes they are in the later areas.
