A perfect climatology, a generous vintage! he colour is intense. On the nose, there is a lot of fruit: blackberry, cherry, plum but also peppery and juniper notes. The palate is very well balanced, with fine tannins and exceptional length.
It is a wine of character which strongly expresses its origin, and which tries to express the singularity of each vintage.
Production is limited to 40hl/ha
Although the practice could be profitable, I do not make any special cuvée or plot selection.I prefer to give the same care to the whole of my production and to be very attentive to the dates of harvest.The expression of the different terroirs cannot be reproduced identically every year, the specific climatology for each vintage has a great influence on the revelation of their characters.Some years our best vintages are found in the early areas but sometimes they are in the later areas.
