Muscat Morta Maio
Ce Muscat demi-sec Morta Maio est un véritable exemple de réussite, présentant la maturité caractéristique de ce cépage sans ses éventuels inconvénients. Il se distingue par son amplitude en bouche, parfaitement équilibrée grâce à des amertumes bien maîtrisées qui lui confèrent une structure harmonieuse. C'est un muscat corse rare, non muté (sans ajout d'alcool), qui conserve ainsi toute sa subtilité, sa fraîcheur et sa digestibilité.
Terroir : sol de schistes.
Vinification : cette cuvée reçoit peu de SO2 (entre 25 et 45 de soufre total). Aucun autre produit oenologique n'est ajouté.
Accord mets/vin : foie gras mi-cuit, poulet grillé au miel, osso bucco.
