Riesling Clos Hauserer
Robe jaune pâle aux reflets lumineux, limpide et brillante. Le nez s’ouvre sur des arômes de citron, de lime, de pomme verte et de fleurs blanches, enrichis par des nuances minérales et légèrement pierreuses caractéristiques du Clos Hauserer. En bouche, l’attaque est nette et droite, soutenue par une acidité vibrante et une texture saline et élégante. Le vin déploie des saveurs de citron confit, de fruits blancs mûrs et d’épices douces, avec une finale longue, tendue et minérale qui illustre parfaitement le terroir.
Terroir : issue du prestigieux lieu-dit Clos Hauserer, situé à Turckheim en Alsace, sur des sols calcaires et marneux riches en minéraux.
Vinification et élevage : Les raisins, cultivés en viticulture biodynamique, sont récoltés à pleine maturité et vinifiés avec un minimum d’intervention, en cuves inox et fûts anciens. La fermentation est réalisée avec levures indigènes et le vin est élevé sur lies fines, ce qui développe complexité et texture tout en respectant la fraîcheur et la minéralité naturelle.

The Estate Zind-Humbrecht
Today, the vineyard of the Zind-Humbrecht estate covers 41.1 hectares with a plantation divided between 30% Gewurztraminer, 30% Pinot gris, 30% Riesling, 7% Pinot blanc and 3% Muscat.
