Le nez de ce Viognier Les Ruisseaux dévoile une palette aromatique de fruits frais tels que l'abricot, la pêche jaune mûre et le melon blanc, offrant ainsi un bouquet séduisant et rafraîchissant. En bouche, la pureté et la douceur dominent, accompagnées de notes d'amandes et de menthol, qui viennent parfaire la dégustation de ce très beau vin.

A deux pas de JL Chave et Gonon, ce vigneron méconnu nous livre des Blancs de haut niveau à prix encore angélique dont ce Viognier parfumé à souhait. Les Condrieu voisins n'ont qu'à bien se tenir... Quel équilibre !

Vinification : La vigne est cultivée de manière traditionnelle en culture dite raisonnée. Le but est d’exprimer au maximum le terroir dans les vins. Engrais organiques ou minéraux naturels et un minimum d’intrants. Les coteaux escarpés laissent peu de place à la mécanisation, la quasi totalité des travaux se font à la main.
 
Accord mets/vin : poulet de Bresse sauce morilles et son gratin dauphinois.

The Estate Jean-Claude Marsanne

The hidden nugget of Mauves with wines (Saint-Joseph and IGP) of exceptional value for money... On the superb steep slopes of Mauves and Tournon, with a superb southern and eastern exposure, Jean-Claude Marsanne cultivates in the traditional way a very fine heritage of old vines (up to 80 years old). Yields are very limited thanks to short pruning and severe disbudding. The vines are worked with great care. The grapes are of course harvested by hand with a strict sorting. The style of the Domaine Marsanne wines is very classic, in the good sense of the word, with great purity, volume and tannins of great elegance. You will find a very coherent range of wines with a new red wine called "mauve" in IGP already of high level and then the standard of the domain in Saint-Joseph. In white, a very beautiful viognier and the white in Saint-Joseph very pure and already very coveted.
