Bandol Rouge Le Lys
Un Bandol intense et raffiné, avec un nez riche de fruits noirs mûrs (cassis, mûre), d'épices douces, et des touches de garrigue typiques du terroir méditerranéen. La bouche est structurée, avec des tannins fins mais présents, soutenus par une belle fraîcheur qui équilibre la puissance du vin. La finale est longue, offrant des arômes de réglisse, de poivre et une touche minérale, propre à l’appellation.
Terroir : sols argilo-calcaires.
Vinification et élevage : fermentation en cuves inox. Élevage en foudres de chêne pendant environ 12 à 18 mois.
Accords mets/vin : tartine de tapenade, pigeon rôti, risotto aux légumes de saison.
