"C’est l’un des plus importants domaines de Côte rôtie, notamment depuis que René Rostaing a repris la production du vignoble de son beau-père, Albert Dervieux. Le savoir-faire du vinificateur est certain. René Rostaing [et désormais Pierre Rostaing] produit des vins toujours parfaitement construits, ne manquant ni de structure ni de finesse.
Le domaine possède une parcelle du lieu-dit La Landonne, qu’il vinifie séparément. Moins ample bien qu’aussi virile que celle de Guigal, cette cuvée vieillit très bien. L’autre cuvée particulière du domaine est une côte-blonde, riche et charmeuse à souhait." RVF Guide
