Clos du Mont-Olivet
The Clos du Mont Olivet was created in 1932 by Séraphin Sabon, and since its origins the family estate has been producing high quality, classic Châteauneuf du Pape on magnificent terroirs, as well as Côtes du Rhône wines of excellent quality.
Clos Marie
"Ce domaine phare du Pic Saint-Loup est mené de main de maître depuis 1995 par Christophe Peyrus. Figure de l'appellation, le vigneron cultive 22 hectares. Salués pour leur intensité, leur finesse, leur chair et leur distinction, les vins du domaine ne font pourtant pas l'unanimité car certains amateurs sont gênés par les acidités liées à des choix de faible protection des vins.

Domaine de l'Enclos
"Fort de 29 hectares de vignes (certifiées en bio en 2018), ce domaine fondé en 2016 s'appuie sur le vignoble conservé par Romain et Damien Bouchard, les enfants de Pascal Bouchard, qui a vendu en 2015 son activité de négoce. Dans le parc d'une belle demeure de Chablis, un chai enterré a été construit pour accueillir des raisins vendangés à la main, vinifiés en levures indigènes et sans autre intrant qu'un peu de soufre après pressurage et à la mise.

Marnes Blanches
"Jeunes trentenaires diplômés en œnologie et originaires de la région, Pauline et Géraud Fromont ont repris en 2006 une dizaine d’hectares de vignes situées dans le Sud-Revermont. Certifiés en bio, ils ont fait le choix de l’enherbement, du travail des sols et d’interventions minimales en vinification. Bien leur en a pris, car les vins se présentent d'emblée vigoureux et sains, reflets des beaux terroirs de ce sud du Jura en pleine renaissance. La régularité est désormais au rendez-vous, au sein d'une gamme qui aborde toutes les spécialités jurassiennes et s'illustre dans chacune d'elle avec une aisance déconcertante. Le naturel et la profondeur de goût des cuvées présentées dans les derniers millésimes continuent de nous éblouir, au point de justifier l'année dernière l'attribution, rapide, certes, d'une deuxième étoile. Montcalmès
Frédéric Pourtalié has become a Languedoc icon. The Montcalmès vineyard covers an area of 23 hectares today; Syrah and Grenache on a limestone plateau and Mourvèdre on rolled pebbles. A blend has been produced since 1999, the one that made the reputation of the Domaine. It is aged for twenty-four months in barrels, in the purest tradition without fining or filtration, a cuvée of unfailing regularity.

Dominique Ay produces on a very beautiful terroir with clay-limestone soils the archetype of a very beautiful Gigondas, full, pulpy, with a tight structure that requires at least 5 to 6 years of cellaring to express itself. Note that this Gigondas Raspail Ay shows a flawless consistency over the vintages, the secret of this success being partly due to the fact that the estate produces only one cuvée, and it is aged in large tuns for at least 24 months. A Gigondas, authentic and racy, unique.

"After making wine in Cahors, New Zealand and Tokaj, Sébastien Poly took over this small family estate in 2006. He benefits from a heritage of old vines planted in the 1960s in the granite and clay valley of Taravo, not far from the Comte Abbatucci and Vaccelli estates. He vinifies without yeast, with very little or no sulphite. His wines retain a great aromatic frankness. Le savoir-faire du vinificateur est certain. René Rostaing [et désormais Pierre Rostaing] produit des vins toujours parfaitement construits, ne manquant ni de structure ni de finesse.
Tourettes
"La propriété est acquise à la fin du XXème siècle par le couple Maine et Jean-Marie Guffens-Heynen. Natifs de Hollande, il ont posé leurs valises en France en 1976 pour y apprendre le français et les travaux de la vigne. Ils fondent en Bourgogne le domaine Guffens-Heynen en 1979, devenu au fil des années célèbre et reconnu pour la qualité de ses vins.

"Luc Briand et Bénédicte Petit, tous deux originaires de Nantes, ont repris avec panache le domaine Terra Vita Vinum dans le secteur des Coteaux de l'Aubance. Ce couple fou de vin a tout lâché pour se consacrer à ces vignes, désormais cultivées en biodynamie.
