Des petits fruits rouges/violacés, des épices, des pétales de rose et une touche de chêne français neuf se forment tandis que la Pergole Torte s'ouvre avec l'aération. Comme toujours, Pergole montre cette touche de richesse supplémentaire de la sélection de fruits utilisés ici, avec cette texture ajoutée du chêne français. C'est bien sûr un très jeune vin qui aura besoin d'années pour être à son apogée.
