This blend, composed mainly of Carignan and Syrah, offers a completely different dimension with a savoury and elegant side and above all a beautiful mineral expression of the schist soils, tamed by a very careful and biodynamic culture. A true signature of Didier Barral for this beautiful bottle to be savoured with grilled meat.
