Régine Sumeire is the creator of this delicate rosé cuvée with 8 grape varieties! Subtle nose, slightly spicy, pomelo, peach. A lively mouth, very tasty fruit, enhanced by toasted notes. Good length in the mouth. A very elegant rosé with a beautiful identity...

This delicate rosé wine should be drunk around 14°C.
As an aperitif or with fish in sauce, smoked salmon, soufflés and Asian cuisine.

Owned by the Sumeire family since 1958, this great estate is located near Pierrefeu in the Var. Managed since 1990 by Régine Sumeire, Château la Tour de l'Evèque has a surface area of 89 hectares of vines with an average age of 20 years. At the Tour de l'Evêque, chemical weed killers are banned, while animal manure and copper treatments are used. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and sorted in the cellar. Since 1985, the development of the rosé "Pétale de Rose ®" is the result of continuous research. A great success of the Château, the "Pétale de Rose"® vintage was created by Régine Summeire.

The Estate La Tour de l'Évêque
